At Oh Ramona, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

Drop Off Package

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our studio inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
